Roughly seventy per cent of our work is industrial. The rest is commercial, multi-tenant and publicly funded buildings across Durham Region, and the requirements are different for each.
Industrial
70% OF OUR WORKPlants, warehouses, distribution centres and manufacturing. Large device counts, awkward access, and production that cannot stop for a day of testing. We stage the work by zone and test around your shifts.
Commercial & multi-tenant
Retail, office and mixed buildings where the alarm crosses tenant boundaries and nobody is sure who owns which device. We inspect the whole system and report it as one building, which is how the inspector sees it too.
Property managers
One contact for a portfolio, one schedule, and records that stay current across handovers. When a building changes managers, the file does not disappear, because we hold it.
Public facilities
Publicly funded buildings, where the paperwork has to survive audit and the budget cycle has to be planned a year out. Deficiencies are quoted line by line so they can be approved and scheduled properly.
